Project Leads manage the project, staff and build relationships with partners.
Hi, I’m Yasmin – a qualified social worker and currently the manager of an incredible team (yes, I’m biased) supporting care leavers as they take those big, bold steps into independence. I juggle everything from strategic planning to spontaneous crisis-solving, usually fuelled by coffee and sheer determination.
When I’m not at work, I’m probably baking something unnecessarily elaborate, swimming to burn off the cake, or being bossed around by my dog—who clearly runs the house.
I speak fluent sarcasm, believe spreadsheets can be a love language, and have a deeply committed relationship with my oven. Life’s a balancing act, but I like to think I do it with style… or at least snacks.
