Facilitators work directly with young people, run regular group sessions and help young people develop positive relationship that enables them to live successfully in their homes.
Hey, I’m Lou – part of the team supporting care leavers as they move towards independence, and proud owner of the title “Most Likely to Shout at a Printer.” I have a love-hate relationship with technology (mostly hate), and downloading an app is a full-day event — please don’t judge me.
Outside of work, you’ll find me cruising in my Jeep with R&B blasting, accompanied by my much cooler sidekick, Elba the dog. He’s got better manners than most people and definitely more followers if he had his own Instagram (which, thankfully, I don’t know how to set up).
I bring heart, humour, and just enough tech confusion to keep things interesting. But hey — who needs IT skills when you’ve got vibes?
